- Prepare 1 cup of Yogurt.
- Prepare 1/3 cup of Mango pulp.

- Prepare 1/3 cup of Pomegranate kernels ,Mango cubes, Apple.
Mix the nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Mix the sliced banana and berries. Layer up in a bowl with yoghurt and enjoy. When you're ready to go, place the honey and yoghurt into a food processor and blitz to combine.
