- It’s 1 " of ginger grated.
- You need 6 of curry leaves.
- You need 1 tbsp of roasted barley flour.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of roasted gram flour.
- Prepare 1 of Lemon juice.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Raisin.
- Prepare 1 tsp of coarse black pepper.
- You need to taste of Black salt.
- Prepare to taste of White salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli flecks.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Oregano.
- It’s 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It’s 1 pinch of asafoetodia.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of olive oil.

- Take a serving bowl add cucumber, carrot, both of sprouts, tomato, capsicum, boiled Corn,both roasted flour,roasted cumin powder, crushed mint leaves coriander leaves,black pepper, both of salt, Oregano, red chilli flack, raisin. Mix well..
- Take a tadka pan add olive oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds & asafoetodia and let them splutter. Add ginger green chilli & curry leaves.mix well. Switch off the gas..
- Now pour the tadka in Salad meal. Add lemon juice & mix nicely..
- Delicious and Nutritious ' Detox Salad meal ' is ready to serve. Enjoy!!.
