- You need 2 tbs of high protein flour.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking powder.

- Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
- It’s 1 of whole egg.
- It’s 2-3 tbs of water.
- You need 1 tbs of honey.

Cool completely on a wire rack before frosting. To make the frosting, place butter in a standing mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (an electric hand mixer also works). - Preheated the pan on medium low heat and start to cook the pancake.
- If the bubbles/ holes start appear then your pancake is ready to flip and wait 30 second or so then check if its done. Repeat for the rest of the batter.
- Serve with any topping you like. My topping are blueberry jam (on each top layer) raisin, strawberry, and dried coconut.
