Ingredients of Jaggery tea
- Prepare 2 cup of water.
- It’s 2 cup of milk.
- You need 4 tbsp of jaggery.
- You need 2 tbsp of tea leaves.
- You need 2 of cardamom.
- You need 1/2 inch of fresh ginger.
Just keep one thing in mind that the tea should not be boiled too much after adding jaggery or else it will get very thick. The word chai just means tea. Jaggery chai, on the other hand, is a hot beverage consumed during winters. Chai = tea. i.e "Gud ki Chai".
