- It’s 1 of banana.
- It’s 3 tbsp of natural soya yogurt.
- Prepare 100 ml of oat drink (you could also use another type).
- Prepare 1 tsp of cinnamon.
- It’s 3 tbsp of uncooked oat.
In addition to the usual challenges of a kids' palate, B also has a host of food allergies. He can't eat dairy, nuts, egg or sesame seeds. We've certainly found plenty for him to eat, but the range has been a bit limited. Dairy-free does include milk-free, lactose-free, casein-free and whey-free, too!

- Mix it all, excpet for the oat, in a blender.
- Add the oat and mix it all together with a spoon.
- Decorate with cinnamon.
- Note: the uncooked oat may give a less sweet flavour to the smoothie. You could try and honey to make it more pleasant.
